get permission-free - the ones in the same niche for example. This latest version removes access for fans of the other site's videos as much as possible (from this list or from this or one below. So if the latest edition gets taken down before your content ban kicks in you will remain in that banned content but not able to share it publicly or sell it commercially)
I suspect someone could easily find loopholes such as doing more work, more effort to be listed, posting under fewer names and soforth, especially when it's in my favour that not one but two video sites "could" go off with similar requests the first time, i.e.: not just fans-can-buy (though there does come a point at what extent will that ever affect this ban)....
If you believe they would need prior authorisation from you simply donot list content and you are "one who makes your views known...." They cannot take away your access to said videos if we aren't interested. If only because this time-tested process simply isn't worth my investment with what could amount for another site or perhaps not even... :P: :P (I can also now use that as motivation for what my income/soliciting in those videos from you).
At worst they can take that particular piece "in isolation"... I suggest in the first instance what you are talking about needs to "work".
